I went to visit a friend’s advertising class at Mercy College and ended up in front of it. For an hour or two I was more interesting than Instagram. Maybe because I brought snacks. Somewhere my own teachers are probably rolling their eyes.
I really wanted to go to Poland awhile back, but tickets were expensive. Then this contest came along, "Make a video of why people should visit your own home town and you could win a flight to Poland." So I did. And I won! Second prize, actually. A short haul flight within Poland (think Warsaw to Gdansk). Suffice it to say, I did not go. But the video remains. Featuring a few of the thousands of photographs I’ve made here in NYC…
